“My husband and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend at the lake house and enjoyed it immensely. It is perfectly situated on the lake and we spent our days outside on the deck and evenings by the fireplace roasting marshmallows. The kitchen is spacious, the living room and den are cozy, and the bedrooms are relaxing. There is a large yard behind the house that is perfect for a big family activity or running around with your dog. The house is a short drive away from town which has a great brunch spot we visited while staying there. “I had a really nice stay at the Summit Lake House over a Columbus Day weekend. I was in desperate need of some relaxation and a change of scenery from the hustle and bustle of the city and this was exactly what the doctor ordered. The house itself is very well maintained with modern appliances, plenty of bedrooms, and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen has good space to prep and stage a nice, big meal. Likewise, the deck out back is perfect for a cookout, so I could see it being a really great option for a family gathering and/or an extended stay with good friends. The property is situated right on a lake. When I was there the water was still enough to give off a precise reflection of the sky and surrounding hills. Very relaxing views. Makes you want to sit outside with a good book and just have a relaxing time. I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.”-Kris B, Fall 2018
